Jaju Cabbage & Mushroom Pierogi

Another traditional favorite, inspired by our grandfather. We take sauerkraut and combine it with sautéed mushrooms and onions, and blend in some yukon potatoes to even out the flavor. Great fried with some sour cream!

Ingredients: Sauerkraut (Cabbage, Water, Salt), Potatoes, Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Portabella Mushrooms, Liquid Eggs (Whole Eggs, Citric Acid, 0.15% Water), Onion, Less Than 2% Of: Butter (Cream, Natural Flavoring), Greek Yogurt (Cultured Nonfat Milk, Cream, Live And Active Cultures: S. Thermophilus, L. Bulgaricus, L. Acidophilus, Bifidus, and L. Casei), Salt, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Black Pepper.
