How do I track my package?
We ship using FedEx and UPS. Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
How much is the shipping fee?
We offer free ground shipping to qualifying locations nationwide when you add 6 or more items to the cart.
Some locations require an upgraded shipping fee of $79.00 for 2-day air depending on the inventory availability in our warehouses.
What kind of packaging do you use?
Most orders are packed in curbside recyclable eco packaging.
From time to time we reserve the right to use styrofoam.
Please reuse the styrofoam for your next picnic or a school project.
We can't wait to hear how you got creative.
Do you use dry ice?
In most cases we do use dry ice. If so, your order will be packed with enough dry ice to keep product frozen during transit.
WARNING: Please use caution when removing dry ice from the container!
After placing your food in the freezer, please place the dry ice back in the shipping box and let it evaporate with the lid lightly closed.
We also ship some items using gel packs. Please feel free to stick them in your freezer and reuse them!
Do you ship to my location?
At this time, we only fulfill orders to the continental US.
Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO of FPO addresses.
Do you only ship 6 items at a time?
Build your box to include a minimum of 6 items. From there you can add as many goodies as you like.
